We hope to receive you soon. When you make your reservation, you enter into an agreement with us. Find information about your stay and our terms and conditions below.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask that you leave your room before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
Early check-in / late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee and only by prior arrangement (subject to availability). Call us at +57 311 256-1282 to arrange.
HOW TO GET
We recommend using WAZE or Google Maps so you can locate us and get there more easily. We are located in the municipality of San Francisco, Cundinamarca, Colombia, taking the highway to Medellín. Our facilities are five (5) kilometers from the town taking the San Francisco road towards the town of Supatá. Once outside Bogotá, the journey takes approximately one (1) hour.
In Waze and Google Maps you can locate us as “CASA QUINCHA® GLAMPING”.
We recommend leaving Bogotá well in advance, anticipating the congestion of the city when leaving. When you arrive in the town of San Francisco you will be 10 minutes from our facilities. If you arrive very early, we recommend taking advantage of the extra time to get to know the town while the time of entry arrives.
BEFORE ARRIVING
Please call or send a message to Cell Phone/WhatsApp +57 301 398 7322 announcing your reservation number and name to let them know that they are on their way and be attentive to open them and allow your entry. Our facilities are located 300 meters from the entrance gate, therefore, if you arrive without prior notice, it will take us a few minutes to go up to greet you.
If you cannot communicate by cell phone or WhatsApp, we kindly ask you to use the horn several times and wait patiently while we arrive.
TRANSPORT
PRIVATE VEHICLE
You can bring any type of vehicle, since access is via a main road. To avoid the Bogotá peak and plate you can choose to pay the solidarity Pico y Plate that allows you to travel without this restriction.
The parking service has no cost.
PUBLIC SERVICE
Thanks to the fact that we are located next to a main road that connects two municipalities, you can board a SANTA FE company transportation ($15,000 per ticket approximately) at the El Salitre transport terminal in Bogotá with destination “San Francisco – Supatá” and it leaves you in front of Our facilities. You can also board the same fleet in front of Portal de la 80. We recommend boarding the one that leaves El Salitre at 12:30 pm.
One of the benefits of our location is being situated next to a main road connecting two municipalities, meaning public transport can reach our doors. You can board a SANTAFE company vehicle (approximately COP $15,000 per passenger) at the “El Salitre” transportation terminal in Bogotá to “San Francisco – Supatá”; It will leave you right in front of our facilities. You can also take this bus at “Portal de la 80”. We recommend boarding the one that leaves “El Salitre” at 12:30 pm.
DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE
You can also opt for our door-to-door transportation service with an additional cost. The service may include pick-up service at a meeting place and bringing them to Casa Quincha® Glamping and return service to a defined location. The value varies depending on the pick-up and drop-off locations.
LUGGAGE, AUTOMOBILES AND OTHER PERSONAL OBJECTS.
Casa Quincha® Glamping will not be responsible at any time for the loss of luggage, valuable objects, documents, jewelry and/or money inside vehicles, for damage or loss of vehicles or loss that occurs inside or outside the facilities of Casa Quincha® Glamping and that are not under its custody. We recommend that you deposit them with the Administration, if you do not do so, Casa Quincha® Glamping will not be liable for damages or losses thereof. It is recommended to create a policy to insure luggage, automobiles or other items.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS
It is always best to book us directly through our website or WhatsApp. Our direct rates are always cheaper than Booking.com or Airbnb (due to their commissions).
Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
We are a small business so cancellations can have a big impact on us, especially if we have turned away potential guests in favor of someone who has already booked and then cancels. For this reason, we recommend that you take out appropriate insurance in case you are unable to travel.
85% of the value of the reservation for cancellations more than 8 days from the date of accommodation.
50% of the value of the reservation for cancellations between 8 and 4 days from the date of accommodation.
0% missing 3 days or less from the date of accommodation.
A single change of reservation date is allowed up to a minimum of 5 days before the accommodation date. COP$150,000 penalty is charged. There may be an additional cost if a date with a higher rate is chosen. No money is returned if you choose a date with a lower rate
Bookings made through third parties, such as Booking.com, may be subject to different terms and conditions in force at the time of booking; Always read all information carefully before booking.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
Please take care of our house. You are responsible for any damage you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We reserve the right to charge the full replacement cost of any item. These include, but are not limited to:

COSTUME SUGGESTION
Se recomienda traer ropa cómoda, sandalias, tenis, gorra, bloqueador solar, repelente para mosquitos, vestido de baño para usar el jacuzzi al aire libre.
San Francisco tiene un clima templado de 26 grados en el día, 14 grados en la noche, se recomienda traer una chaqueta abregada por si desean estar en la terraza. Se dispone de una cobija adicional por si se necesita mayor abrigo.
SMOKERS
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the glamping room, for this you can use the platform area. The glamping site you are going to use will most likely be used by another guest on the day of your check out.
TERMINATION POLICY
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate, without notice, a person's stay where we deem it necessary due to unacceptable behavior or as a result of actions that may endanger or offend others. In such circumstances any outstanding accounts must be settled and no refunds will be made.

CASA QUINCHA® GLAMPING, commercial accommodation establishment with National Tourism Registry No. 90843 and in development of the provisions of article 17 of Law 679 of 2001 and Laws 1329 and 1336 of 2009, in order to prevent Sexual Exploitation and Commercial of Boys, Girls and Adolescents (ESCNNA), warns employees, guests and suppliers that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in Colombia are criminally and administratively sanctioned, in accordance with current laws and that our officials are obliged to exercise the minimum control measures provided in our Code of Conduct. which you should read if you are going to stay with minors.
