DO YOU HAVE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE?'
Yes, we have a pick-up service at your home at an additional cost. Round trip service.
CAN YOU GET THERE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
One of the benefits of our location is being situated next to a main road connecting two municipalities, meaning public transport can reach our doors. You can board a SANTAFE bus (approximately $15,000 COP per ticket) at the “El Salitre” transportation terminal in Bogotá to “San Francisco – Supatá”; It will leave you right in front of our facilities. You can also take this bus at “Portal de la 80”. We recommend boarding the one that leaves “El Salitre” at 12:30 pm.
WHAT DOES THE PUBLISHED PRICE INCLUDE?
Includes accommodation, premium breakfast for the accommodation days, Private Jacuzzi, Campfire, BBQ, Catamaran Net, Parking, Coffee/Tea set.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
Does NOT include the contents of the refrigerator available at the glamping. This has an additional cost.
SHOULD YOU PAY 100% IN ADVANCE?
It is reserved with 50% of the accommodation and the additional services contracted.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
YES, we have free WIFI service throughout the property.
HOW DISTANCE IS IT FROM BOGOTA AND THE NEAREST TOWN.
We are located in the municipality of San Francisco, Cundinamarca, temperate climate, on a paved road. The delay is to leave Bogotá, once you are outside its limits, we are 60 minutes from our facilities. We are on a paved road and 5 km away via San Francisco - Supatá.
DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT?
YES, we have a Gourmet restaurant with room service. The menu is available in the "Restaurant" option on our website.
IS THE ENTRY OF MINORS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD ALLOWED?
Yes we receive minors but under conditions. Our glamping offer is designed only for two (2) adults, for this reason, we do not have additional accommodation in the room. We can make the exception of accepting additional people, with the condition that they accommodate them in the same king size bed that the glamping has. There would be a charge for each additional guest per night.
We are committed to government policies and have a CSEC Code of Conduct (Sexual and Commercial Slavery of Children and Adolescents. Therefore, they must adhere to it.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are allowed. A fee must be paid for each pet per night.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT TEMPERATURE IS THE PLACE?
It is recommended to bring comfortable clothing, sandals, tennis shoes, a hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and a bathing suit to use the Jacuzzi outdoors.
WHAT CLIMATE DO YOU HAVE?
San Francisco has a temperate climate 26 degrees during the day, 14 degrees at night, it is recommended to bring a warm jacket in case you want to be on the terrace. An additional blanket is available in case you need to be warmer.
DO YOU OFFER DAYS OR VISITORS?
YES we have day trip service. Only from Monday to Friday. Visitors are not received
DO YOU HAVE A JACUZZI?
YES, each glamping site has a private Jacuzzi on the platform. It is fed with hot water and has a hydromassage.
DO YOU HAVE A BBQ?
YES, they have GRILL. You can bring the cuts of meat. Here we provide you with everything you need to make the barbecue a success: BBQ, charcoal, knife, chopping board, cutlery, plates.
DO YOU HAVE A CAMPFIRE?
YES, it has a campfire on the platform so you don't have to move far from the heat of your Glamping. We deliver it to you lit.
IS THE SHOWER WITH HOT WATER?
YES, the shower is supplied with hot water.
DO THEY HAVE PARKING?
YES, we have free private parking within our facilities.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GLAMPINGS?
All our glamping sites are exactly the same in luxury, comfort, furnishings, space and available services. The only difference is the location within the terrain, but thanks to the fact that the terrain is uneven, everyone is strategically located so that they have the same view.
